MCS’s holiday concert celebrates light in the face of darkness, and the desire of all people for peace and fulfillment. Works in a variety of settings include French and Celtic carols, Glory to God in the Highest in the Yoruba language, and a Hanukkah song from Morocco backed by spirited percussion. We look forward to a singalong with the audience on some holiday favorites! And we’re delighted to welcome some special guests: TGP Singers of Thomas G. Pullen K-8 Creative & Performing Arts School, Ocie S. Banks, Conductor.
